A few days after receiving a major award, KDFW-Channel 4's Rebecca Aguilar has been suspended from the Fox affiliate.Monday night, KDFW-Channel 4 ran a piece about 70-year-old James Walton, owner of Able Walton Machine & Welding in West Dallas, who, early Sunday morning, shot and killed and man trying to break into his business. What made Walton's story so extraordinary was that it was the second time he'd killed an intruder in three weeks. The first intruder shot and killed by James Walton was a Spic named Raul Laureles. As it happens, Walton also lives at his place of business.

Homeless White Family of 17 found Living in the Idaho Woods

Now here is a campaign to get behind. This white man cares enough to actually take on the responsibility of another family. They've been living in the woods for three weeks in Idaho and have already been through a couple of snowstorms, they're homeless. These are white people, so you know damn well it isn't because they're lazy welfare recipients. Homeless Family Living in Woods

The cost of opening a new business has left three adults and 14 children from Pocatello homeless and living in tents in the woods for the past three weeks. With the cold weather, this hardship is about to get worse for the two families living in tents in the Mink Creek area.

James Armstrong, father: "Well, we're actually living an emergency. We're up in the canyon trying to take care of ourselves."

James Armstrong's family was forced to move out of their home and into the woods after he opened an emergency supply business in town.

James Armstrong, father: "I couldn't get any funding for this and it put me in a bind, so I had to move out of a house I was renting."

Armstrong now spends the days working at his store, but then heads back to the campsite at night to be with his 10 children - and another family with five children that he is helping take care of with the help of his wife and oldest daughter Rachel.

Rachel Armstrong, daughter: "Put all your layers on - put all that on before you get out or else you're gonna get really cold."

Armstrong says the kids are adjusting to the cold weather. He says they have plenty of supplies, blankets, and food that was prepared before they left their home.

But while they have already endured two snowstorms and two rainstorms, Armstrong hopes they find a permanent place to live before it snows and gets too cold for the younger children.
James Armstrong, father :"Shelter - permanent shelter - is where we have the problem. You know, rent for 10 to 14 kids and a family is rather high, and being a start-up business, I can't afford $1200 a month rent."

Armstrong also said that all the kids are being home-schooled and have been for several years. He says he spoke with SEICAA Wednesday and they hope to have the two families moved into a trailer by the end of the week.

So anyway, on to Pitts’ latest attempt to deceive the American public. Today, June 27, 2007, our Pulitzer Prize winner wrote in the aforementioned highly deceptive piece about the Neo-Nutsies, that he’d been harrassed and threatened by a “self-professed neo-Nazi leader whose name you won't read here.” [Meaning that Pitts isn't going to let YOU know who it was]. Leonard Pitts and the Oregonian Newspaper Reveal Their Contempt for White People

This article is in response to an article published earlier today, July 26, 2007, by the Olympian, a liberal newspaper out of Olympia Washington, the Capital of Washington State, by Daryl Lamont Jenkins, a black writer from Philadelphia. Jenkin’s article is provocatively entitled “Minority columnists won't be silenced by bigoted threats,”[1] and seeks to elicit sympathy for another black journalist by the name of Leonard Pitts, who recently informed white Americans that he cries them a river, in respect to their concern over the growing number of black on white crimes in this country. Oh surely you jest Mr. Maynard, a mainstream syndicated columnist could never get away with such a thing, that borders on a racist statement and is insensitive to say the least.

I’m not kidding dear reader, I’m very serious, Leonard Pitts’ said exactly that and he said it in a column he wrote about a crime so horrifying that words cannot adequately describe what happened to two white youth, a male and a female named Channon Christian and Chris Newsom, at the hands of four blacks [including a black female] last January in Knoxville Tennessee[2] – how it is that Pitts’ can suggest that the crime wasn’t a “hate crime” is far beyond my ability to comprehend, other than to say he was put up to it to explain how it was that the media ignored this crime while at the same time overemphasizing the nonexistent Duke Lacrosse rape case.

Now I’m about to do something radical, something that Jenkin’s and Pitts’ never do; I’m going to provide sources. Yep, I’m not kidding, I’m going to provide the reader with irrefutable proof that I’m telling the truth and that Jenkin’s and Pitts’ aren’t. The truth is; Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Leonard Pitts, in an article published by the Miami Herald on June 3, 2007, entitled “'Oppressed' whites? Give me a break,”[3] said exactly what I’ve paraphrased above, his exact wording was as follows, and remember; it was in fact written to whites in general, not as Pitts’ attempts to convince us after the fact, to white supremacists:

“… let me add that I am likewise unkindly disposed toward the crackpots, incendiaries and flat-out racists who have chosen this tragedy upon which to take an obscene and ludicrous stand. I have four words for them [crackpots, incendiaries and flat-out racists] AND any other white Americans who feel themselves similarly victimized… Cry me a river.”

The word "and" is inclusive and the words "any other white Americans," means exactly that, any other white Americans [If you're white, Pitts was including YOU]. Could Pitts' have written this accidentally? No, Pitts' is a Pulitzer Prize recipient, he knew EXACTLY what he wanted to say, he just never expected to be held responsible for it.

Immediately after writing the above words Pitts and the Miami Herald were inundated with letters, emails and phone calls from outraged readers across the country, as they should have been. Pitts himself claimed in a later article that he had received more than 400 critical emails, which he insinuated were from white supremacists alone as if only white supremacists [whatever that term is suppose to imply] would find his words insulting. Pitts attempted to mitigate what he wrote, or more accurately “lie,” about what he had written, in another article entitled “Neo-Nutsies bring frustration, anger -- and joy,”[4] by stating that he did not tell whites in general to “cry me a river,” but only neo-nutsies. This is a bald faced lie as you can see for yourself simply by reading his article – I’ve used Pitts’ own words and provided you the reader with citation/sources, Pitts’ didn’t provide his readers with any mitigating evidence, only lies, innuendo, and condemnation for his critics – unlike myself, Pitts’ just expects you to believe him.

In respect to Daryl Lamont Jenkin’s article, it’s nothing more than another example of one brother helping another. Jenkin’s wants us to believe that an unnamed someone has threatened Leonard Pitts’ but doesn’t want to provide us with that someones name, nor tell us what that someone actually said. Since he won’t I will. What Jenkin’s is referring to is the fact that a self admitted “neo-nazi” named Bill White posted Leonard Pitts’ physical address on the Internet after he became incensed over Pitts’ article “'Oppressed' whites? Give me a break, which White along with tens of thousands of others found to be offensive – is that such a wonder? When White was asked by a representative of the Miami Herald to take Pitts’ home address off the Internet he replied “We have no intention of removing Mr Pitts' personal information… Frankly, if some loony took the info and killed him, I wouldn't shed a tear.”[5] There you have it and as you can clearly see, it isn’t a threat, it’s merely a statement, and that is why neither Leonard Pitts, nor Daryl Lamont Jenkins bothered to provide it for you. If it had been a threat you can bet your last dollar the FBI would have responded to it by arresting Bill White.

Pitts doesn’t want you the reader to know that he doesn’t believe the Channon Christian, Chris Newsom murders were motivated by hate, despite the fact that four blacks including a black female kidnapped, tortured, gang raped, sodomized, and mutilated two young whites back in January of this year in Knoxville TN. Nonetheless that’s exactly what he wrote and to make matters worse he now matter a factly states that anyone believing otherwise, or anyone that doesn’t see the crime in exactly the same way he does is engaging in “an argument made for ridiculing.”[3]

Pitts’ biggest lie and one easy to prove to anyone willing to take a minute to examine his words is as follows. Pitts states in his latest article Neo-Nutsies bring frustration, anger and – and joy that one of the more ‘asinine’ of White’s contentions was that he [Pitts] “told those mourning the murders to "cry me a river.'' Pitts then insists that this is innacurate by then stating “I gave that advice specifically to white supremacists yelling genocide and other stupid things,” which is a complete and total LIE based on the mans own words which were once again very inclusive “I have four words for them [the racist whites] and any other white Americans who feel themselves similarly victimized… Cry me a river.”

That’s it, there it is, right before your very eyes. Unlike Pitts’ I’ll provide the reader with names and links to articles, I’m not afraid of the facts because I’m not afraid of the truth, but I assure you that Leonard Pitts is. Pitts is very concerned that he’ll lose his job at the Miami Herald and his syndicated column and he should be, because once his words hit the mainstream he’s finished. That is why I encourage anyone and everyone reading this article to send it to your local newspaper with the caveat that if they [your local paper] ever carry a Leonard Pitts article again you’ll drop your subscription. Send Leonard Pitts and his bosses at the Miami Herald an email calling for his dismissal. That’s just what four hundred people did immediately after Pitts first wrote the article Oppressed Whites, Give Me a Break only to be referred to as racists for their efforts.

Ask yourself is the truth racist? Can the truth ever be racist? According to Pitts and people like him it is. Pitts ends his latest article with this:

“I feel a little like Jimmy Stewart in It's a Wonderful Life. They say you can tell who a man is by looking at his friends. Which is true. But I believe you can also tell by looking at his enemies. Apparently, I have managed to make enemies of haters, bigots and other low, pathetic men… I must be doing something right.”

The above is further confirmation of the fact that Pitts’ isn’t in the least bit sorry for what he wrote and in fact equates any dissenting views as those coming alone from “haters, bigots and other low, pathetic men.” So, if you were in the least bit offended by what Pitts’ wrote chalk yourself up as a hater too. Your opinion as far as his piece is of no importance whatsoever, because you’re a bigot.

In conclusion I’d like to highlight another monstrous lie that Pitts’ attempts to foust upon his readers and that is, in his own words, that black on white crime is “a relative statistical rarity.”[4]

People, a Pulitzer Prize winner should be a whole lot more careful, or at least a whole lot more cunning, when attempting to force a lie that large down the readers throat. I can’t imagine that more than 1 in 10 of his readers actually believes what he wrote, it’s preposterous and what’s more, it’s easily proven false. FBI and Department of Justice statistics prove beyong a shadow of a doubt that black males between the ages of 12 and 60 commit MORE than 50% of the murders in the United States of America[5] and you can bet they are not just killing black people.

There are websites devoted to tracking black on white crime, websites like newnation news[6] as just one example and although perhaps politically incorrect to the extreme they only document factual cases of black on white crimes documented with primary sources. If you visit that website you’ll quickly see cases of black on white crime that are too horrific to even imagine, but more importantly what you’ll quickly realize is that the vast majority of these cases you’ve never heard of and that is because the mainstream media has a vested interest, as does Leonard Pitts, in keeping you in the dark, because if you were to find out exactly to what extent black on white crime has become commonplace in America today you might get angry and we couldn’t have that in our multicultural paradise now could we?


In any case, I have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt in this article that Leonard Pitts is a liar. I hope you’ll take a few moments to comment on this article here and to contact Pitts and the Miami Herald in order to voice your outrage. If you’re not outraged, I feel sorry for you, because you have not only sold yourself down the river, you’ve sold your family and friends down that river too, a river created by the same tears of indifference that Pitts has for you and “any other whites” that feel the same.

Time to "up the ante" on Immigration!

HOME ADDRESSES OF U.S. SENATORS WHO HAVE IGNORED THE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS OF "THE PEOPLE" BY SIDING WITH ILLEGAL ALIENS OVER AMERICAN CITIZENS!

The treacherous, disloyal and defiant political sleaze bags listed below have EACH overtly and willfully ignored tens of thousands of phone calls, faxes, letters and e-mails from taxpaying American Citizens telling them to vote AGAINST the immigration reform Bill. Each of them voted this week to resurrect the Immigration Bill after millions of Americans opposed it so staunchly the Senate Majority Leader was forced to withdraw the Bill from consideration just two short weeks ago.

These U.S. Senators are paid by us to represent what WE THE PEOPLE want. The power they wield is OUR power. It is loaned to them by us, for them to utilize as we instruct. Yet despite the calls, letters, faxes and e-mails from literally millions of decent, hard-working, law-abiding, tax-paying citizens, these defiant public servants resurrected the Bill and intend to ram it through the Senate by the end of this week!

Clearly, these arrogant public servants need to have far more political pressure applied to them so they truly get the message: We will not tolerate
them betraying America by continuing to side with illegal aliens over American Citizens!

To that end, I do hereby supply the home addresses and where available, the home telephone numbers, of U.S. Senators who voted to resurrect the
McCain-Kennedy Immigration Reform bill despite being told by the American People that we do not want to give law-breaking illegal aliens a path to citizenship!

Due to the incredible and terrible implications of this disastrous Immigration Bill, it is clear that We The People must make further use of our Constitutionally protected right to peaceably assemble and to Petition our representatives for the redress of Grievances; at their homes!. Where they cannot escape and cannot ignore us.

They intend to move on this Bill by the end of this week! There is no longer enough time for more letters opposing this Bill to arrive through the Mail. We're tired of them ignoring our Faxes and e-mails and we've definitely had enough of waiting on "hold" to express our views just so some staff-flunky can pay us lip service by phone, hang-up and ignore us. We will not be ignored on this matter any longer!

It is time to "up the ante" for these defiant public servants and go to their homes 24 hours a day this week to confront them personally over their disobedience! The messages they need to hear are simple:
1) OBEY.
2) Do what We The People tell you and vote against this Bill or we will take you out of office. Suddenly, dramatically and irreversibly if necessary.


LET'S HEAD TO THEIR HOMES!
It is time to begin protesting their arrogance and defiance and pressure them mercilessly at their homes; as soon as we can get there and for as long as we can stay. Thousands of us need to just get in our cars and go.

The vote on this thing may happen as early as This Friday!! There's almost no time to muster our strength. They know this and have intentionally scheduled this Bill in a manner to deny us our right to speak effectively against it. This is deliberate, open defiance of the Will of The People. It is tyranny.

Worse, the Bill as crafted would irreversibly damage our nation. On top of allowing Millions of law-breakers to remain in our nation, it would allow hundreds of thousands MORE "guest workers" into the country every year, driving more Americans out of work!

We're supposed to believe those hundreds of thousands of immigrants will simply go home after their two year "guest worker period." Yea. Sure.

We're also supposed to believe the government will actually enforce the new immigration laws better than they've failed to enforce our present laws. Yea. Sure.

HMMMM. Let's see. They promised immigration enforcement after the 1986 Amnesty. It didn't happen. They promised immigration enforcement in the last two Presidential elections, It didn't happen. They promised immigration enforcement in the last four Mid-term Cogressional elections. It didn't happen.

Yet we're supposed to believe this latest new law will somehow be enforced better? No. Not this time. We're not stupid. We won't be fooled again.

These Senators - OUR elected officials - are ignoring us and treating us like fools. They are acting as though they can do whatever they want in spite of what we want. They are wrong.


A word of caution
The information below was gathered from Public Records and while I believe it to be very accurate, in some cases it may be questionable.

For instance, phone numbers may have changed and a completely innocent person may have the Senator's old phone number! While I have personally
verified many of the home phone numbers, some are connected but I was not able to actually verify it as the correct number for the Senator's home.

In addition, people move. So while I have good cause to believe the home address information -- both in their home state and their secondary residence
around Washington, DC, / Virginia -- is accurate, be aware that someone new may live at the address listed.

We want the correct people and NOT innocent people to feel political pressure of having demonstrators out front of their homes So be
respectful and verify the information politely before proceeding to give them a message they can't ignore.

Don't Break Any Laws!
For legal liability purposes I must ask you to please not mis-use this information to commit any violation of law. Some states forbid protesting at private homes. All states forbid harassing or threatening phone calls. So before you act, make certain you'll do so in a lawful manner.

Naturally, there are some. . . . . . ahem. . . . . . "crazy" people out there (whom I call "fed-up citizens") who may choose to do bad things with this information. To them I say, please do not lay-in-wait for these defiant political whores and punch them in the face for disobeying us or crack their skulls with a baseball bat to remind them they answer to us.

In the same vein, there are other. . . . . ahem . . . . . . "nuts" ( whom I call "PATRIOTS") may also try to do bad things with this information. To them I say, please do not sneak up on the Senators when they're going into or out of their homes and shoot them. Definitely don't take up a sniper position near the homes of these stinking traitors and put a rifle shot through the dirty bastards while they're watching TV, and; for goodness sake, please do not fire bomb the sons of bitches and burn them to death in their homes.

While such acts may be well deserved by these scurrilous, sleazy, disloyal, disobedient, treasonous usurpers of the Constitution and the rule of law, and while one of America's Founding Fathers, Alexander Hamilton, writing in Federalist 28, Paragraph 6 told us it was OK to "rush tumultuously to arms" if we are "betrayed" by our Representatives, I strongly caution you against doing any of those things because such acts are illegal -- even if some of us know in our hearts such acts are exactly what's necessary to save The Republic.

It is a very sad time in America where I and so many others now realize we may actually have to start doing such things very soon.

If you break the law, you can be put in prison. (If you get caught.)

So. . . . . . . . . . be smart about . . . . . .whatever. . . . . . you . . . . . have to do. . . . .


On second thought -- about obeying the law -- why bother? Millions of illegal aleins don't have to obey the law, why should we?

We all agree that our arrogrant, out-of-control, disloyal, disobedient, sleazy, scummy, untrustworthy government must be brought back under proper citizen control before it opens our nation to an unstoppable flood of millions more third-world savages.

We also know that History will judge what we do to save The Republic from this treacherous, tyrannical government at this hour of grave danger and urgent need.

Act in a manner that History will judge as the right thing to do; just like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Samuel Adams and their men did, when they confronted their tyrannical, out of control government!

In the event we must suddenly, dramatically and irreversibly restore our control of our government by using force against these low-life, bottom-feeding, arrogant, disobedient, bastards, history will record that they broke the law and the Constitution first. Whatever We The People choose to do, they had it coming.

Leonard Pitts and the Miami Herald Whining about being held responsible for their anti-White bias

I'll make this short and sweet. Leonard Pitts is a black Pulitizer Prize Winning Journalist who recently told whites in an article he wrote that he'd "cry [them] a river" over their [white peoples] concern about black on white crime. The article related to the hideous race murders of two white kids, Channon Christian and Chris Newsom, who were kidnapped, sodomized, gang raped [both of them], tortured for days, and finally murdered by four blacks, one of which was female. The story was completely ignored by the MSM until under pressure from the blogs they finally covered it in a cursory manner.Pitts essentially told whites tough shit, he didn't care what we thought about this murder or any other involving a white victim and black perpetrator. Consider please what Don Imus actually said, didn't he just call some black basketball players "nappy headed hoes?" Didn't the entire Jewish media apparatus come out full force to denounce him? What's the difference between Pitts and Imus? Black and White?

One wonders if Pitts would have received the Pulitzer Prize and be enjoying the same standard of living he obviously does if whites weren't buying the newspapers that employ him? I think we all know the answer to that.

Instead of firing Pitts for making comments that make Don Imus look like a multicultural saint, the Miami Herald accuses anyone angered by Pitts words of white supremacism. [Sound familiar?] The MSM is unhappy because one of its members [Pitts] is being held responsible without media support, the blogs are exposing Pitts and won't drop the matter until he's fired just as Don Imus was. It always amazes me when white people put on the victim hat.

As in victim of racial oppression. By any measure — health, education, economics, employment — white Americans enjoy a superior standard of living. If that's racial oppression, sign me up.

But still, one occasionally hears mewling noises [whining] from that subset of my white countrymen who feel put upon by big, bad racial minorities. This is one of those times. And Knoxville, Tenn., has become the capital city of that lunatic fringe.

It seems that in January, a young white couple, Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom, were victims of a brutal crime. They were carjacked, kidnapped and raped. Cleaning fluid was sprayed into Christian's mouth. She was stuffed in a trash can and apparently suffocated. Newsom was shot and set afire. His body was dumped. Five blacks, one a woman, have been arrested.

The story made headlines around Knoxville. It was unnoticed nationally.

That has changed...

I have four words for them and any other white Americans who feel themselves similarly victimized.

Pitts is a well paid journalist because white Americans buy the newspapers he writes for. The Miami Herald MUST fire Pitt's just as Don Imus was "held responsible" for what he said and fired.I've had enough! White Supremacy has absolutely nothing to do with my recent awakening to the unbelievable rise in black on white violence, REALITY is behind it. In America today black gangs can openly harrass whites in Seattle Washington and nobody hears about it. In America today, blacks can slit the throats of white toddlers and nobody outside that town or city will hear about it. In America today, a black man can rape and then drown an 11 year old white girl and the media is mum. In America today, a black men is at least 100 times more likely to rape a white women than a white man is to rape a black female. It's time to take a stand and Leonard Pitts is just the beginning. WE are sick and tired of being ignored by the Jewish media and this crap is about to stop. In reality, few are still paying attention to the mainstream Jewish media, people are going to the net and to the blogs for their information and the blogosphere is ours and will remain that way, because those that can still read in this country know we are telling the truth and the Jews media is NOT.

The most recent example of this double standard was the Duke Lacrosse rape fable and its associated coverage in the media. There was not a single newspaper, news magazine, tabloid, that didn’t cover it extensively. There was not a single network news program that didn’t splash it across their screen ten thousand times during those months that Mike Nifong was still able to keep the majority of facts under wraps. There wasn’t a single radio program that didn’t broadcast every false accusation and innuendo intimately tied to the case. In the end, what did the case amount to? Hooey that’s what.Do you remember Don Imus’ “nappy headed hoes” comment? Couldn’t we safely say that it too received an incredible amount of news coverage? Didn’t all the talking heads appropriately denounce Don? Wasn’t Don forced to make a nationally televised apology to America’s black community via a face to face with Al Sharpton? In the end wasn’t Don fired?

This past June 8th marked the 40th anniversary of the attack on the USS Liberty by the air and naval forces of the state of Israel, resulting in the deaths of 34 American servicemen and a cover-up that has been maintained throughout the entire period. In remembrance of the day that–for many–will always be a day that will live in infamy, the Liberty Veterans Association (LVA) organized a reunion that included several ceremonies marking the event. Owing to the fact that American Free Press has been covering the Liberty incident throughout the months of April and May, the LVA invited America’s last real newspaper to attend as a special guest.

The ceremonies began on Friday, June 8th with a trip to Arlington national cemetery to honor the Liberty dead buried there. Although it was a blazing hot day and the humidity was high, the heat did not deter these men from making good on their oath of protecting America from all enemies foreign and domestic, just as the rockets and napalm did not deter them 40 years ago. The crowd of about 300 was addressed by various speakers, including incoming-president of the LVA and Liberty veteran Ernie Gallo who spoke of the ultimate sacrifice paid by those interred in the hallowed ground of America‘s most important cemetery. During the ceremony, as in years past, each of the members took turns approaching the mass grave holding the remains of 6 crew members killed that day, salutes, and then announces the name of one of the 34 members who perished. After the last name is read, a bugler in a white Naval uniform played “Taps” in respectful remembrance of the dead.

From there the group went by bus to the Fort Meyers Officer’s Club for a luncheon and small presentation and for a much-needed break from the heat and humidity. It is wind-down time for the attendees as they mingle from table to table, shaking hands or hugging shipmates they have not seen in many years. More generally, black crime is high WHEREVER you go; and it would be the world's most absurd conspiracy theory to suppose that the across-the-board high crime rates for blacks originated in a collusion of whites in every city and burg in the nation to target blacks and/or cook the books.

* FACT: If present demographic trends continue, whites will be a minority in America in only 50 years. Whites are already less than 50% of the population in California. Between blacks and Hispanics, whose crime rate is about 4 times that of whites, we can expect to see huge escalations in crime against whites as they become fewer in number and thus more vulnerable both physically and politically.

* FACT: 90% of all inter-racial crime is black-on-white (ie, committed BY blacks AGAINST whites).

* FACT: The Jews have been expelled from almost every Western country at one time or another, including Britain, Spain, France, Portugal and Germany. There are several possible explanations for this, including religious differences, the clannishness of Jews which tends to make them loyal to their own 'nation' rather than to their host country, and envy of Jewish wealth and success (the average Jewish IQ is 115, as far above white as white is above black).

* FACT: Sympathy and guilt for the (largely false) story of the Holocaust has resulted in the payment of close to a hundred billion dollars to Israel by the German government. Furthermore, Jews everywhere continue to use the Holocaust as a tool for extracting money from gentiles, whether thru the movies (more than 400 have been made on this subject), Holocaust museums, 'reparations' (more than a billion from the Swiss, billions from German companies, etc) and the like. Obama Warns of 'Quiet Riot' Among Blacks

HAMPTON, Va. (AP) - Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama said Tuesday that the Bush administration has done nothing to defuse a ``quiet riot'' among blacks that threatens to erupt just as riots in Los Angeles did 15 years ago.

The first-term Illinois senator said that with black people from New Orleans and the Gulf Coast still displaced 20 months after Hurricane Katrina, frustration and resentments are building explosively as they did before the 1992 riots.

``This administration was colorblind in its incompetence,'' Obama said at a conference of black clergy, ``but the poverty and the hopelessness was there long before the hurricane.
``All the hurricane did was to pull the curtain back for all the world to see,'' he said.
Obama's criticism of Bush prompted ovation after ovation from the nearly 8,000 people gathered in Hampton University's Convocation Center, particularly when he denounced the Iraq war and noted that he had opposed it from the outset.

Repeatedly, he referred to the riots that erupted in Los Angeles after a jury acquitted four police officers of assault charges in the 1991 beating of Rodney King, a black motorist, after a high speed chase. Fifty-five people died and 2,000 were injured in several days of riots in the city's black neighborhoods.

``Those 'quiet riots' that take place every day are born from the same place as the fires and the destruction and the police decked out in riot gear and the deaths,'' Obama said. ``They happen when a sense of disconnect settles in and hope dissipates. Despair takes hold and young people all across this country look at the way the world is and believe that things are never going to get any better.''

He argued that once a hurricane hits or a jury renders a not guilty verdict, ``the frustration is there for all to see.''

Obama, who is bidding to become the first black president, took the stage after a succession of ministers repeatedly brought the crowd to its feet, singing, praying and swaying to music.
Repeatedly, with evangelical zeal, he raised issues that roused the crowd: increasing the minimum wage and teacher pay, funding for public schools and college financial aid for the poor, ending predatory lending and expediting the reconstruction of New Orleans and the Mississippi coast.

He introduced his own pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright of Chicago's Trinity United as ``Unashamedly Black and Unapologetically Christian.'' He credited Wright with introducing him to Christ, and peppered his speech with Scriptural references, at one point invoking the opening lines of the Lord's Prayer.

Obama noted that during the riots, a bullet pierced the abdomen of a pregnant woman and lodged in the elbow of her fetus. The baby was delivered by caesarian section, the bullet was removed and the child, Jessica Glennis Evers-Jones, has only a small scar on her arm to show for it.

Using the incident as a metaphor, Obama said society's problems are worsening because ``in too many places across the country, we have not even bothered to take the bullet out.''
``When we have more black men in prison than in college, then it's time to take the bullet out,'' he said. [Folks, you're never going to be able to extrcat the 'bullet' in the ass of blacks, because every time you take it out, they or their fucking spokespeople will shove it back in]

Obama doesn't regularly focus on racial themes in his standard campaign speeches. He did speak out on black issues in Selma, Ala., in March, when he told a largely black audience that he was a product of the civil rights movement and lectured blacks for failing to vote in large numbers.

Several ministers at the conference said Obama's message and style plays well among black voters and with their spiritual leaders.

The Rev. Robert Abbott, pastor of the Holy Trinity Baptist Church in Amityville, N.Y., said Obama connects with black audiences because of the preacher's style he uses when addressing them.

``The way he sounds, it's like he can reach out and encourage people,'' Abbott said.
