Police Chief Sterling Owen is either stupid, delusional or complicit. Based upon what he said, I'd say that the white people of Knoxville can'tr depend on Own to protect them. If he has political aspirations, I'd recommend NOT voting for him.

We’re told a substance (Drano?) was poured into Channon’s mouth to “eliminate DNA evidence.” Why not her rectum and vagina, as well? Double bullshit to the “eliminate DNA evidence” explanation. The little girl was tortured because it was fun. It is the nature of animals to "play" with their prey.
