When you have to plead guilty through an interpreter you're an illegal Alien!

TROY -- Two brothers who allegedly ambushed a female college student behind a downtown bar in 2004 pleaded not guilty through an interpretor at their arraignment in Rensselaer County Court this morning.Heder Roblero, 26, and Wisner Roblero, 25, both Mexican citizens who do not speak English, were arraigned before Judge Patrick McGrath after being indicted last week on charges of rape and attempted rape, unlawful imprisonment and criminal possession of forged instruments. They were allegedly found in possession of forged alien identification cards.
